Pengaruh Adopsi Sistem ERP Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Menggunakan Task Technology Fit

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) telah menjadi sistem informasi yang harus diterapkan di perusahaan. Penerapan sistem ERP diharapkan  mempunyai dampak yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai dampak penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning bagi karyawan pada perusahaan BUMN sektor manufaktur.  Model yang digunakan  untuk melihat dampak penerapan sistem ERP di perusahaan ini adalah Task Technology Fit. Task Technology Fit adalah sebuah konstruk yang memiliki kemampuan teknologi informasi untuk memberikan dukungan terhadap pekerjaan. Task Technology Fit terdiri dari karakteristik tugas (Task Characteristic) dan karakteristik teknologi (Technology Characteristic). Jenis penelitian ini yakni penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner ke 5 (lima) perusahaan BUMN sector manufaktur. Kuesioner yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 75 responden yang  kemudian datanya diolah menggunakan SmartPLS. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat 3 hipotesis yang diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan ERP memeberi dampak yang positif bagi kinerja karyawan di BUMN sektor manufaktur di Indonesia.
